At ZipZap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all eligible items. If your order isn't quite right, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as quick and seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, seal the box securely, and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
